Toby is a 4-year-old Terrier mix with a heart full of love and a spirit that shines despite his rough past. He came to us from a neglected situation, where he was left behind in the backyard after his previous guardian was evicted. But Toby hasn’t let that define him—he’s ready for a fresh start in a home where he’ll finally be cherished.

This scruffy sweetheart is affectionate, playful, and happiest when he’s with other dogs. In fact, Toby truly thrives in the company of canine friends and would love a home where he has a furry sibling (or two!) to keep him company. He enjoys playtime, companionship, and the comfort of knowing he’s not alone.
